Loan Officer Knowledge Base

Use the reference center at any time for FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, DSCR, borrower interview questions, application logic, income/assets, documents/credit, mortgage math and file workflow.

OPEN KNOWLEDGE BASE
What makes this Academy different: the SAFE exam is important, but passing a test does not teach someone how to originate a mortgage. The Academy keeps job training, practical labs and exam preparation connected while letting the student use each area independently.

Academy content is supplemental career and SAFE exam preparation. It does not replace NMLS-approved pre-licensing education, state licensing requirements, company training/supervision, or current agency/investor/lender guidance.
